Job Purpose: Responsible for leading the Talent Management and Performance Management charter for creating a culture of high performance and companies values driven culture check, upskilling and awareness building, on Performance Management, Talent program creation and delivery and leading to pipeline creation and career paths, related learning to support companies growth with best in class Talent management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading the Performance Management and Talent Management Charter for the entire organization.
- Design and creation of performance management system and it’s education and adherence across the organization for year end appraisal and a culture of continuous development.
- Responsible for the Talent Development charter design and development including usage of inputs from PMS, talent identification and evaluation and top talent development for the org.
- Creation of the Performance Management resources and material, and delivery of the same for all.
- Design the Talent development and talent pipeline creation across all levels in the org, bringing in best practices to have a strong leadership pipeline across all functions and departments.
- Arrange internal, external trainers based on the training type and expertise, scale of programme, ROI of learning investments especially for the Talent development phase.
- Design and prepare educational aids and materials wherever needed to drive culture and skills and behaviours of Oasis Talent.
- Continuous monitoring of Performance Management across org, and work with HRBPs and Business leaders to ensure a culture of development and high performance,
- Annual Talent budgeting,
- Participate in quality accreditations initiatives
- Measure Talent development effectiveness – performance & feedback analysis (mgrs/clinical heads/clients/emps), ready talent across board, high performing talent to be grown to the next level, succession planning esp for leadership levels
- MIS and Reporting of Talent metrics for the org.
Experience required: 10+ years in HR, and at least 6-8 years in L&D and Training. Must have experience in the T&D/L&D department, should have led a training team. Past experience in healthcare domain would be preferred, though not mandatory.
Educational Qualification: MBA preferred
Skills Requirement
- Talent Management/ Performance Management experience, planning and project management of delivery of Talent Charter
- Experience with Talent Development Models and delivery of same for organizational goals
- Computer skill with experience of using MS office (word, excel, ppt etc).
- Multi-tasking, eye for detailing, creativity and innovation in program design and delivery.
- Excellent written and spoken English, strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation skills.
- Assertive, confident and ability to handle stakeholders effectively to have high standards in design and creation and deliver to goals for Talent and Culture of High Performing and Culturally aligned Talent
- Ability to use own initiative, make decisions within the sphere of work and knowledge.
