Business Analyst – Healthcare

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 4-5 years

The Role:

• Analyze current and past Operational/financial data and performance
• Prepare reports and projections based on analysis
• Evaluate current Opex/Capex expenditures compare with the Budget
•  Prepare financial models for investment opportunities
• Establish and evaluate profitability of business units
•  Identify trends in Operational financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Coordinate with other members of the Ops/finance team to review Ops/financial information and forecasts
• Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics such as yearly growth, return on assets, return on equity and earnings per share
• Providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve Operational performance
• Assembling and summarizing data to structure sophisticated reports on risk
• Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc) taking into account company’s goals and financial standing
•  Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
• Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
•  Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis
•  Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models
• Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions to a senior financial analyst based on sound analysis
• Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts
• Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function
• Conducting market research to identify financial trends
• Analysing financial data to prepare reports and projections
• Using financial and Operations data forecasting and modelling to guide an organisation’s investments
• Evaluating financial and Operations risks of potential investments
