Job Purpose: Responsible for leading the Learning and Development charter for creating a culture of upskilling, growth mindset and culture related learning to support Oasis growth with best in class learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Training Needs Identification and Analysis, for new and existing employees both (through job analysis, performance reviews and areas of development, in consultation with department heads, business gaps, culture misses, aspirational state for org etc)
- Design and creation of learning programmes- behavioral, functional and orientation, related for the organization.
- Responsible for Induction and delivery of New hire orientation for all the new joiners.
- Creation of Learning calendar on a quarterly basis and plan delivery through classroom/ elearning/ virtual interventions depending on the need of the programme and efficacy of methodology for same.
- Work out monthly / quarterly / annual training budgets.
- Conduct post training assessments to encourage learning application.
- Arrange internal, external trainers based on the training type and expertise, scale of programme, ROI of learning investments.
- Design and prepare educational aids and materials wherever needed to drive culture and skills.
- Manage and maintain training facilities and equipment (if any),
- Continuous monitoring of training effectiveness, and run plans for refreshers wherever needed,
- Annual L&D budgeting and budget management,
- Conduct training audits & take remedial actions for gaps if any,
- Participate in quality accreditations initiatives
- Measure training effectiveness – performance & feedback analysis (mgrs/clinical heads/clients/emps)
- Lead the learning team,
- Partner with OSHERM admin team to ensure best in class learning methodologies for OSHERM, branding of, attracting students, working on their placements (if performance criteria cleared and opportunity available) and pipeline readiness for FRM students from academics standpoint,
- MIS and Reporting of learning metrics for the org
- Desired Experience: 10+ years in HR, and at least 6-8 years in L&D and Training. Must have experience in the T&D/L&D department, should have led a training team. Past experience in healthcare domain would be preferred, though not mandatory.
- Educational Qualification: MBA preferred

- Computer skill with experience of using MS office (word, excel, ppt etc).
- Multi-tasking, eye for detailing, creativity and innovation in program design and delivery.
